Opt-In Consent to Receive Communication
Thank you for signing up for a membership with Auto Allies (AA). By agreeing to this disclosure and voluntarily supplying your contact information, you acknowledge and consent to receive communications from AA (and/or any person or entity acting on AA’s behalf or servicing your membership for AA). These communications will be in connection with your membership and related to the reasons for which your contact information was provided and may include updates such as addressing technical problems associated with your membership or sending you notices and updates regarding, for example, benefits of membership or the status of an open ticket. Communication may be sent to any and all contact information you have voluntarily provided including your telephone number, email address, or other such information included on your application for membership or which you may provide in the future. You further acknowledge and consent that AA may communicate with you through any current or future means of communication, including but not limited to: automated telephone dialing equipment, as defined by law, the FTC, or the FCC; artificial or pre-recorded voice messages; telephone or other electronic facsimile machine; SMS or text messages; and email directed to you at a mobile telephone service, or email otherwise directed to you.
You acknowledge that such communications are informational communications related to your membership and are not made for any other purpose. Auto Allies (and/or any person or entity acting on AA’s behalf or servicing your membership for AA) may use such means of communication even if you will incur costs to receive such telephone messages, telephone calls, SMS or text messages, emails, or other means. If you do not want to receive such communication (including SMS text messages) about your membership, you can unsubscribe through one of the following:
- Texting "STOP" upon receipt of an AA text message;
- Sending an email to care@autoallies.com with the subject line "STOP Membership Calls and Updates";
- Writing AA at the address of its current corporate headquarters which can be found at autoallies.com and which is presently 20750 Ventura Blvd. Ste 430, Woodland Hills, CA 91364; or
- Calling an AA team member at 800-889-5891.
Additional Terms and Conditions of Membership
By joining Auto Allies, you're agreeing to our Membership Agreement in it's entirety.
Auto-Draft :
I authorize Auto Allies to regularly draft my bank account/credit card in the amount specified by the Auto Allies plan and in accordance with my Auto Allies membership agreement. A receipt for each such auto-draft will be provided to me and the charge will appear on my bank account/credit card statement as an "ACH Debit."
I agree that no prior authorization will be provided unless the date or amount changes, in which case I will receive a one-time notice from AA at least thirty (30) days prior to the payment being collected. I understand that AA will deem me to have consented to such change unless I cancel my membership prior to such change taking effect.
I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until I cancel it in writing, and I agree to notify AA in writing of any changes in my account information or termination of this authorization at least fifteen (15) days prior to the next billing date.
If the above-noted payment dates fall on a weekend or holiday, I understand that the payments may be executed on the next business day. For ACH debits to my bank account, I understand that because these are electronic transactions, these funds may be withdrawn from my account as soon as the above-noted periodic transaction dates. In the case of an ACH transaction being rejected for Insufficient or Non-Sufficient Funds, I understand that AA may at its discretion attempt to process the charges again.
I acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law. I certify that I am an authorized user of this bank account and will not dispute these scheduled transactions with my bank, so long as the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this authorization form.

I agree to keep Auto Allies (AA) informed of any changes to or updates in my contact information including, but not limited to, phone number, email address, and physical address. I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to notify Auto Allies of any such changes in my contact information so that AA can communicate with me regarding benefits of membership, including updates on open tickets, in an appropriate time frame.
goldRushRally Terms: (applies only to event registrations)
1. Overview. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your subscription to AutoAllies’ services, as well as to any additional packages, service tiers, or à la carte features selected by you, if any, at or after the time of enrollment, unless otherwise stated at the time of such selection. By subscribing, you ("Member" or "Covered Person") agree to a 12-month subscription term with a 30-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged monthly at the rate below for the remainder of the 12-month term. These Terms apply to all AutoAllies packages and pricing tiers. AutoAllies Corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is headquartered at 20750 Ventura Blvd., Ste 430, Woodland Hills, CA 91364 (the "Home Office").
2. Free Trial and Subscription Term. Your subscription includes a 30-day free trial. If not canceled during the trial, it converts to a 12-month subscription with monthly billing at the rate shown at checkout. Monthly pricing will vary by package and will be displayed before you subscribe. Once the trial ends, you are responsible for completing the full 12-month term. Early cancellations do not entitle you to refunds or prorated billing.
3. Automatic Renewal. Unless canceled, your subscription will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at the then-current monthly rate following the end of the initial 12-month term.
4. Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your subscription during the 30-day trial without charge. To cancel, please follow the instructions provided at this link. After the trial, cancellation does not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the full 12-month term.
5. No Refunds or Prorated Charges. AutoAllies does not provide refunds or proration for cancellations after the free trial. The full 12-month subscription fee remains due. However, if your subscription has converted to a month-to-month term following the initial 12 months, you may cancel at any time and receive a prorated refund for any unused full months after cancellation.
6. Consent to Automatic Renewal Terms. By subscribing, you expressly agree to:
- Automatic renewal terms
- Monthly charges after the free trial
- A 12-month term commitment
- The no-refund policy
- Pricing disclosed at enrollment
7. Confirmation and Record Retention. You will receive an email confirmation with the terms and pricing. AutoAllies retains proof of consent for at least three years.
8. Services Provided. AutoAllies subscriptions include the following benefits:
- Legal Representation for Moving and Non-Moving Violations. AutoAllies provides attorney representation services for both moving and non-moving traffic violations (exclusions apply) received while operating a covered vehicle (defined as a vehicle you are using with the permission of its owner, excluding any vehicle operated without such permission). To receive services, you must notify AutoAllies within 72 hours of citation receipt by either calling 1-800-889-5891, emailing care@autoallies.com, or using any other method stated by AutoAllies. You must also provide all required documents promptly upon request by AutoAllies or the Provider Attorney, but in no event later than 10 business days before your court date. Required documents include, but are not limited to:
- Original citation or legible copy of both the front and back of the citation;
- Completed Power of Attorney Certificate;
- Statement of Fact regarding the incident; and
- Any other documentation required by the court of original jurisdiction , the Provider Attorney, or local law.
Failure to do so may void representation. Representation will be provided by a "Provider Attorney" (“Provider Attorney” means the law firm or attorney we have engaged on your behalf or is designated by us to provide the Attorney Representation Benefits of Membership, as applicable, and who has accepted such representation.). Attorney fees are paid by AutoAllies. You remain responsible for fines, fees, and any other court costs. Representation is limited to the "Court of Original Jurisdiction," which is the court or agency where the charge is first filed.
Non-Moving Violation means a traffic offense that does not involve the operation of a vehicle while it is in motion. These may include, but are not limited to, parking violations, expired registration, broken taillights, equipment violations, or failure to display proper documentation (such as insurance or license). Non-moving violations typically do not result in points on your driving record.
- Serious Traffic Violations. Representation for serious traffic-related charges—such as vehicular manslaughter, vehicular homicide, DUI/DWI, reckless driving, or other criminal traffic offenses—may be provided through a Provider Attorney and is subject to review, availability, and applicable exclusions. In such cases, representation may fall outside the standard Membership benefits and may require additional services, fees, or a separate agreement between you and the Provider Attorney. AutoAllies does not guarantee representation for serious violations and reserves the right to decline or limit coverage based on the nature of the offense.
- Pre-Existing Citations. Coverage may be available for tickets received before enrollment, subject to fees and attorney’s availability: $299 if received 6+ days before the court date; $399 if received 5 or fewer. If no attorney is available, the fee is refunded. Pre-existing citation coverage excludes appeals; charges due to accidents; criminal charges such as vehicular manslaughter, vehicular homicide, and negligent homicide resulting from a serious traffic accident; and previous citations for violations not covered by these terms and conditions.
- Legal Discount. For legal issues not otherwise covered, you receive a 25% discount off the Provider Attorney's market rate. You are solely responsible for communication and payment. In order to secure these services under this discount, contact the Company with the details of your legal matter. Once we have put you in contact with a Provider Attorney, you will need to agree with the Provider Attorney upon a fee based on the scope of work required, subject to the twenty-five (25) percent discount. Once you have reached such agreement, we will transfer your file to the Provider Attorney and close the matter. This means that legal matters qualifying for the Provider Attorney Service Discount are not covered cases and are not managed by the Company. If You choose to engage the services of a Provider Attorney using the Provider Attorney Service Discount, it is your responsibility alone to work with the Provider Attorney and to ensure that you are represented in court by, including but not limited to, maintaining direct contact with the Provider Attorney, providing the Provider Attorney with all information necessary to successfully address the matter, and making direct payment to the Provider Attorney for all fees. The Company takes no responsibility for assisting the Member in communicating with the Provider Attorney regarding case details, and the Company has no responsibility with respect to reporting to the Member case status, payment status, court dates, and the like.
- Roadside Assistance. AutoAllies covers reasonable costs to assist with common roadside issues that prevent your personal passenger vehicle from operating. This includes services such as flat tire changes (if you have a spare), jump starts, fuel delivery sufficient to reach the nearest gas station, lockout assistance, and, if your vehicle cannot be made operable within a reasonable time, towing to the nearest service facility. Roadside Assistance benefits begin on the 20th day of membership and are not available during the first 19 days of a new membership. Towing is limited to 7 driving miles from the point of disablement. You are responsible for any service costs beyond this mileage, which will be billed at the third-party provider’s rate. Towing for RVs and motorcycles is subject to dollar limits, rather than mileage-based limits. Roadside Assistance does not cover:
- Service for trucks with a licensed load capacity over one (1) ton, dual-wheel class vehicles, buses, tractors, or trailers;
- Winch-outs, snow or ice removal from the covered vehicle or surrounding areas;
- Auto parts, rental batteries, return of rental batteries, supplies or accessories provided by garages or service stations;
- Repairs to door locks, key replacement, or trunk access;
- Repairs or materials for flat tires, or multiple trips for the same disablement;
- Service related to skid chains or snow tires, including installation, removal, rotation, or balancing.
- Ambulance Reimbursement. If your personal passenger vehicle is involved in an accident that results in a traffic violation, we will reimburse you up to $100 when you must be transported from the scene of the accident by ambulance service. You must report the incident within ninety (90) days, and you will be asked to send a copy of the police accident report and all receipts. This Benefit is subject to the Exclusions listed herein.
Additional services, upgrades, or à la carte features may be offered from time to time and may be selected by you at or after enrollment. Any such selections will be subject to the terms provided at the time of selection and will become part of your subscription upon your affirmative acceptance.
9. Exclusions. The following services are not included in your core Membership benefits. However, AutoAllies may, at its sole discretion, offer representation or assistance for some of these matters as an add-on service subject to additional fees and terms. Services are not provided under the standard membership if you are charged with:
- Parking or environmental charges;
- Drug/alcohol violations;
- Failure to appear on a prior traffic violations;
- Driving on a suspended/revoked/invalid license;
- Felony;
- Hit and run;
- Appeals;
- Warrants;
- Out-of-jurisdiction charges;
- Radar detector violations;
- Citations received within the first 60 minutes of registration or within 24 hours if timestamp is illegible;
- Tickets from Federal courthouses or Arizona civil violations after defensive driving school attendance within the prior 12 months;
- Civil traffic violations in the state of Arizona if you have attended defensive driving school within the past 12 months;
- Fines, court costs, penalties, expert witness fees, bonds, bail bonds, or any other out-of-pocket expenses;
- Representation for traffic, criminal, or civil charges that arise solely from the ownership of the vehicle, from management or association with a business, partnership, or corporation, or from incidents where you were not actually driving or operating the vehicle; and/or
- Pre-existing charges that involve an accident or result in criminal charges, including but not limited to manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter, negligent homicide, or vehicular homicide.
10. Independent Status. The Provider Attorney is not an employee of the Company but is an independent counsel engaged by the Company on the Member’s behalf. The Provider Attorney is responsible for the Member’s legal representation and is subject to the rules and regulations of the bar in his or her practicing jurisdiction(s). It is within the sole discretion of the Provider Attorney to determine whether claims or defenses pertaining to any matter under any portion of this Membership Agreement present a frivolous or otherwise unmeritorious judgment or decision.
11. Coverage Area. Coverage applies to the 50 U.S. states (excluding territories). In the event that you attempt to fight a traffic ticket and we do not have an attorney available in that court, Company will pay you $200 for each incident, and no more than $1,000 per calendar year.
12. Term and Termination. Coverage starts on enrollment date. At the end of the initial 12-month term, membership automatically renews on a month-to-month basis unless canceled. Active membership is required during any pending case. If you cancel during a case, AutoAllies may charge for attorney fees at non-member rates. Cancellations must be submitted in writing or via email to care@autoallies.com. AutoAllies may also terminate with 30-day notice via website posting. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made during the initial 12-month term under any circumstances.
13. Member Responsibilities. You must keep your contact information current. Failure to do so may result in lapse of coverage.
14. General Provisions
- Non-Waiver. No covenant or condition of this Membership Agreement may be waived except by the written consent of an officer of the Company. No agent, employee, or sales associate has the authority to change the Membership Agreement or to waive any of its provisions.
- Force Majeure and Other Delays. The Company shall not be liable hereunder by reason of any failure or delay in performance of its obligations hereunder on account of strikes, shortages, riots, insurrection, fires, flood, storm, explosion, acts of God, war, terrorism, governmental action, earthquakes, material shortages, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Company.
- Headings and Exhibits. All headings used in this Membership Agreement are inserted herein for the convenience of reference only and shall not be considered in the construction of any provision hereof. All exhibits, schedules, or other documents that are attached and referred to in the text of this Membership Agreement shall be considered as part of this Membership Agreement as if fully set out herein.
- Severability. Any provision of this Membership Agreement which is unenforceable under the laws of any jurisdiction which are applicable hereto shall be ineffective to the extent such laws apply without causing such provisions to be ineffective under the laws of any other jurisdiction which may be or become applicable and without invalidating the remaining provisions of this Membership Agreement.
- Subrogation. If the Company or Provider Attorney makes a payment under this Membership Agreement and the person to or for whom payment was made has a right to recover damages from another, the Company shall be subrogated to that right.
- Governing Law. This Membership Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Exclusive venue for any dispute arising hereunder is the federal or state courts sitting in Los Angeles, California.
- Entire Agreement. This Membership Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings, whether written or oral.
- Assignment. Member may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Membership Agreement without the prior written consent of the Company. Any attempted assignment without such consent shall be void. The Company may assign this Agreement without notice.
You are signing up for a 12-month subscription to AutoAllies, beginning with a 30-day free trial. After your trial ends, you will be charged [insert price] per month for the remainder of the 12-month term. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged. After the trial ends, you are committed to the full 12-month subscription and will be responsible for the full amount, even if you cancel early. No refunds or proration will be provided.
